1. Returns

  • You can return most items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • To start a return, contact us at admin@xplgaming.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products (like opened software, headphones, or custom items) cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Email us with your order details.
