Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products (like opened software, headphones, or custom items) cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Email us with your order details.
